How It Works
Employer Cohorts (Preferred):
Reserve 15–25 seats for your team.
Delivered onsite or virtually.
Schedule, study plan, and exam timelines are aligned with your organization’s needs.
Includes instructor-led classes, curriculum, practice exams, and optional exam vouchers.
Public Cohorts (Limited):
Offered twice per year for PMP®, ACMP®, and CCMP®.

Project Management Pathway
We prepare professionals for globally recognized PMI® certifications that advance project leadership skills and career opportunities.

For professionals who want to strengthen project management skills without pursuing certification. Covers the essentials of project planning, communication, risk, scheduling, and resource management using practical tools and real-world examples.
Requirements: No prerequisites. Designed for entry-level professionals or cross-functional team members.
Format: 4 hours | Onsite or Virtual | Employer Cohort or Interest List

For early-career professionals and emerging project leads.
Requirements: No prior project management experience required. Must complete 23 hours of project management education before applying for the exam.
Format: 3 days (23 hours) | Onsite or Virtual | Employer Cohort or Interest List

For experienced project managers pursuing the globally recognized Project Management Professional (PMP®) credential.
Requirements:
4-year degree: 36 months of leading projects within the past 8 years
OR
High school diploma/associate degree: 60 months of leading projects within the past 8 years
AND
Must complete 35 hours of project management education or hold an active CAPM® certification prior to exam application.
Format: 5 days (35 hours) | Onsite or Virtual | Employer Cohort or Interest List

For professionals working in hybrid or Agile environments.
Requirements:
2,000 hours of general project experience within the last 5 years (this may be satisfied by holding an active PMP® or PgMP® credential)
1,500 hours working on Agile project teams or using Agile methodologies within the last 3 years
28 contact hours of formal Agile training prior to exam application
Format: 4 days (28 hours) | Onsite or Virtual | Employer Cohort or Interest List
Change Management Pathway
Learn how to lead people through change using globally recognized ACMP standards.

For teams and professionals supporting organizational change who want to understand the core principles of change readiness and adoption.
Requirements: No prerequisites. Designed for all levels of staff leading or supporting change efforts.
Format: 4 hours | Onsite or Virtual | Employer Cohort or Interest List

For professionals pursuing the Certified Change Management Professional (CCMP®) credential, recognized by the Association of Change Management Professionals (ACMP).
Requirements:
4,200 hours of change management experience within the last 10 years
OR
21 hours of instructor-led ACMP-aligned education
AND
Completion of an application and exam through ACMP Global
Format: 3 days (21 hours) | Onsite or Virtual | Employer Cohort or Interest List
