Tallahassee State College’s Performance Innovation Institute is proud to continue its Professional Credentialing Program, bringing globally recognized certifications to our local community. This course is part of a series of foundational classes designed to equip participants with key principles and knowledge before advancing to intensive exam prep courses. 

Our next offering introduces participants to Project Management Institute - Agile Certified Practitioner Foundations. This course validates knowledge across multiple Agile frameworks including Scrum, Kanban, and Lean. 

This class explains Agile values and principles, including iterative planning, Scrum, and Kanban. Provides teams with a baseline understanding of Agile ways of working without requiring certification.
